For more information on limited retail vendor booth spaces for Non-Profits at the second annual Maryland 5 Star at Fair Hill, please contact the event at [email protected]. Non-Profit spaces will be 10′ x 10′ tents with walls, basic lighting and a 20-amp circuit. These booths will come with two (2) chairs and one (1) 8 ft. table. Final location of the spaces is to be determined. Spaces are limited! Please reach out as soon as possible if you would like to take advantage of this unique opportunity!
A $250 non-refundable deposit is required with your application. Applications submitted without payment will not be considered. Upon acceptance of your application, your deposit will be applied toward your total retail vendor fees. If you application is not accepted, a refund will be posted. An invoice will be emailed to you for the remaining balance. The final payment must be received by September 15th to confirm the space.
