New for 2024! The South Chalet Shops will be in a prime location beneath the VIP Chalets in a gorgeous new pavilion. Each 10×10 space will come with walls, basic lighting and a 20-amp circuit, along with two (2) chairs and one (1) 8 ft. table. Renderings coming soon!

Click here to submit your preliminary information through Sharuku. A refundable booth deposit will be required at the time of submission. Deposit will be refunded immediately if the application is not approved.

Payment & Billing
A $200 refundable deposit is required with your application and will be returned post-event. Deposits will not be refunded in instances of any violation of the Retail Vendor Terms & Conditions (link out to PDF or page), including booth space not being left fully clean and empty by the move-out deadline of 5:00 PM on Monday, October 21, 2024. If your preliminary information application is approved, you will receive an email and will then be able to login to Sharuku to purchase your booth, any requested add-ons, and provide further information about your needs. Payment in-full for booth space will be required at this time. If your application is not accepted, a refund will be posted.
